“I Came home one night to a flooded bathroom and hallway. I Contacted some friends living in Santa Clarita Valley, they recommended Jon Rowin. He quickly arrived, and went thru his check, immediately identified the blockage caused by some gnarly tree roots.
HE PROVIDED A QUOTE, BUT ALSO INFORMED OF US OF A ALTERNATIVE PLAN THAT KEPT OUR POCKETBOOK IN MIND. YET, THIS WASN’T THE SINGLE CAUSE, THERE WAS ANOTHER BLOCKAGE THAT CONTRIBUTED TO THIS PLUMBING NIGHTMARE.
EVEN THOUGH THIS JOB INCREASED WITH WHAT WAS REQUIRED TO RESOLVE MY PLUMBING NIGHTMARE, JON COMPLETED THE JOB, AND DIDN’T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CRISIS. HIS PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE, AND SERVICE WAS GREAT.
